• A fun and positive opportunity for Martial Artist to improve at Sport Karate Point Fighting.
Events are held four times per year at the Ho Chunk Casino in Baraboo, Wisconsin. The 2010 scheduled dates are :
• Saturday, July 31st, 2010
• Saturday, October 2nd, 2010
New Dates:
• Saturday, July 24th, 2010
• Saturday, November 6th, 2010
Each event consists of a sparring seminar from 2:00pm to 2:45pm, a Tag Team Point Fighting Tournament starting at 3:00pm, and a Single Point Fighting Tournament immediately following the tag team event. There are no
trophies in the WBBL, only the recognition you gain. Winners are recognized as the WBBL Champion until the next event. The winners will also
have their picture with the WBBL title belt and their championship fight placed on the WBBL website.
WBBL is for Black Belts age 16 and up in Wisconsin. This is verified with a valid WI driver‘s license or ID card. Fighters who are not
a black belt but have the devotion to spar like one can join the league. You must hold at least a purple belt in your style and have your
instructor sign a permission form to spar with the advanced belts. If you are under the age of 18, you must have a legal guardian sign a waiver
allowing you to participate in the WBBL.
League fees include an annual payment of $50 to become a member for one year. The annual fee covers access to all four WBBL events, the
membership card that gets you in the door, a WBBL patch, and a WBBL certificate. There are no other fees to participate in the WBBL at this
time.
